Pit Crew Tycoon
★★★★☆ 4.2
Pit Crew Tycoon puts you behind the desk instead of the wheel. You hire mechanics, tune cars, manage budgets, and watch races play out based on your decisions. It scratches a very specific itch for people who like the numbers behind motorsport.
The sim depth is real without being overwhelming. Deciding when to upgrade an engine versus saving for a better driver kept us hooked across several in-game seasons. Races are watchable rather than playable, which fits the management focus.
Menus are tidy and it saves progress cleanly, so it works in short sessions. If you enjoy building something over time more than reflex-heavy play, this is a solid pick.
